PROJECT MANAGER
SUMMARY:
Senior-level Project Manager needed to plan, drive and support development programs for a thriving life sciences organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Project planning, development, scheduling execution, monitoring and tracking activities associated with budgets, timelines, scope, alignment and priorities for preclinical and clinical stages of development
* Meeting planning, management, follow-up and other internal and external communications, including relevant reporting and documentation
* Risk management, problem identification and resolution, and support of continuous improvement
* Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical cross-functional team program or project management experience, driving drug development projects for pre-clinical and clinical stage programs
* Solid and broad understanding of the drug development, biotech development and/or vaccine development life-cycle and core functional roles and responsibilities of clinical development, clinical operations, regulatory, biometrics, CMC, and other departments, and experience driving their alignment for project goals and objectives
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and business skills and solid Microsoft Office skills, and project management software skills.
* Good negotiation and prioritization skills
LOCATION:
Work will be performed in the San Francisco Bay Area
