Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established M&E Services Company, in their search for an Mechanical Project Manager to work from their Nottingham office, covering projects UK wide.

- Salary: is dependant on experience and project exposure: up to £60,000

The Role - Mechanical Project Manager:
- Overseeing of pre-construction design
- Maintain on-site health and safety requirements and ensure quality assurance
- Checking of design drawings and value engineering where possible
- Attending progress and design team meetings
- Preparing and monitoring of Contract programmes and progress reports.
- Procurement of plant and materials in line with specification, drawings and cost plan.
- Procuring and managing of subcontractors
- Preparing cost forecast and recording/ costing of variations
- Oversee commissioning process and handover to client
What we are looking for in an Mechanical Project Manager:
- Proven project experience in using drawings and project specs to put together project plans including times lines and expected costings.
- 5 years post qualification experience with a strong understanding of building and Mechanical regulations/legislation
- Exposure and experience in commercial and industrial builds and installation
