We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Change Management team in London (hybrid working) on a permanent basis.

The role
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering business and technology change that contributes to the portfolio of work in line with the tactical needs and strategic initiatives of the business.
You will play a vital role in supporting the development of the change governance framework, contributing to continuous improvement of process and capability.
The person
The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management and planning skills with expertise of the entire project lifecycle. To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of delivering high quality change in line with the project standards and governance set out by the Change Policy and associated procedures. You will have a proven track record in successful application of a relevant project management methodology such as PRINCE2 as well as having previous experience of working within a Financial Services environment.
We are looking for someone who has proven capability of building collaborative project teams across relevant functions throughout the project lifecycle. You will be a credible communicator who can effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders, comfortably communicating strategy and vision. You will have the tenacity to challenge the status quo and not be discouraged by working in a complex change environment and dealing with ambiguity.
