We are seeking a highly skilled, forward thinking, Digital Project Manager with a strong background in practical Agile delivery, to lead and oversee the Quilter Digital Portfolio as part of our Digital team.

Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
In this role you will lead and deliver the Digital portfolio for relevant products and services, having management and oversight of Digital delivery plans and roadmaps, financial and budget management, resource management and risk management.
You will have responsibility for ensuring appropriate governance and reporting capabilities are in place across the digital deliveries, aligned to Quilter’s policies and standards.
You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, across the business, technical teams and 3rd parties, in order to ensure desired outcomes are clearly understood and delivered in line with expectation and risk appetite.
You will drive collaboration across cross functional teams, breaking down silo’d thinking and fostering a culture of trust, transparency and continuous improvement, coaching others in agile methodologies and delivery best practice.
You will have responsibility for managing associated technology products owned by the Digital team to ensure correct lifecycle management, including risk, security and service management is in place and effective.
You will have line management responsibility for a small team of other highly motivated digital delivery colleagues.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of complex deliveries, in a Digital software development and business change environment, including demonstratable experience of agile methodologies (eg Agile, Scrum, Devops) and tools (JIRA, Git)
You will have experience of leading cross functional teams, and thrive working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
You will have excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels in the organisation, driving innovation and challenging the status quo.
You will ideally have worked in a financial services organisation previously.
