What we’re looking for:
Do you have experience of managing building contracts such as TAC & JCT from inception to final account?
Do you have experience in managing project budgets and implementing action plans to address adverse variances?
Do you have sufficient technical expertise to understand complex issues in construction, engineering and maintenance in the delivery of projects?
Are you able to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement?
Do you have demonstrable experience and ability to deliver excellent customer care, valuing diversity?
If you do, this role is perfect for you! Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for on a 33 month fixed term contract at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As a Project Manager - Sustainability, you will ensure the delivery of a major sustainability retrofit programmes through the SHDF, preparing specifications and schedules of works including internal & external elemental component replacements, cyclical enveloping, leasehold & mixed tenure projects effectively and efficiently. Leading and managing projects from inception to completion on time & within budget.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Working with consultants and contractors to ensure the delivery of sustainability retrofit projects on time, budget and to a high standard of quality in accordance to PAS2035
Effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders, contract partnerships and supply chain to ensure contractual, procurement, statutory and regulatory compliance
Taking responsibility for the management of consultants working on allocated sustainability projects
Addressing complaints appropriately and within required timescales.
Delivering a high quality and 'best in class' service to customers demonstrated by high levels of satisfaction for each project
