As an integral part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a very experienced Project Manager based in the UK, to lead on the delivery of the Ocean Technologies Group (OTG) maritime software product portfolio.

This exciting opportunity will be working alongside members of the wider customer team and the individual will make a significant contribution to the direction and development of our Ocean products. The role is highly cross-functional and critical to the realisation of our company goals and strategy ensuring our growth outcomes are achieved.
As a Project Manager at OTG, you will handle our more complex delivery projects, taking over when the Sales team has secured a contract. You’ll then establish and manage the delivery project and coordinate all the teams in and outside the operations department to deliver to the contract's SLA.

What you will do:
- Ensure the assigned projects are delivered within the SLA.
- Assist the team in forming the OTGs project delivery systems and methods.
- ·Coordinate with Managers and Directors across OTG to allocate resources needed for delivering the customer projects within the SLA.
- ·Coordinate with Customers on establishing scope of delivery and delivery details.
- Support the Manager in mentoring of the teams’ juniors and coordinators.
- Stay up to date with all OTG’s software and solutions.
- Management of day to day assigned personnel within the projects.
- Travel to meet clients if necessary (worldwide)
What you will bring:
- A strong background and level of competency in Agile and Waterfall project management.
- Highly confident project planning skills and experience.
- Highly structured way of working.
- The ability to stay cool and collected under pressure.
- Service-minded experience with a passion for customer success.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation experience and skills
- Ideally some previous knowledge of OTG products
- Ideally some experience in the world of Maritime software
- Ideally a Project Manager qualification
