Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager for a fixed term period of 12 months. Secondments will be considered but please make sure you have permission to do so.
The individual we are looking for will have experience of working on complex projects and will be resourceful, resilient and dedicated to delivering success. If this describes you, you will be well versed in project methodology, have an understanding of Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), and will bring a "get things done" attitude underpinned by strong governance. Experience of working at a high pace with fast moving goals would be a considerable asset as would experience of working to affect change.
Being able to think in Big Picture terms, you will be able to influence and lead a multitude of stakeholders, be an excellent communicator with an ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. Coaching is a key part of this role. You will be calm and enthusiastic with an enjoyment of sharing your knowledge and experience.
