About the Trust
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and northeast Hampshire.
We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

What you’ll be responsible for:
· Accountable for the production of project activities as appropriate, including producing detailed plans, producing/co-ordinating the writing of appropriate system/function/documentation to support the implementation of new systems and processes, writing test plans, co-ordinating set-up activities, organising training, data migration and data upload, co-ordinating roll-out of new functionality, and conducting post implementation reviews.
· Drive the project progress including active management of action logs, meeting organizing.
· Proven ability to collect, analyse and manipulate data and information to help identify key service improvement, redesign and productivity priorities, to support the delivery of transformation objectives and to build organisational capacity to deliver and sustain improvement.
· Excellent ability to present complex information and project plans to a range of audiences at operational, clinical and strategic level seeking buy in, encouraging service improvement and ensuring successful delivery of projects of work.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
