Role overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in London. Reporting to our Head of PMO, you will oversee and deliver projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation within agreed timeframes and budgets.

As a Project Manager at Next15, you will:

  • Manage projects and work streams (including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases), and deliver required outcomes
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring communication and understanding throughout project lifecycles
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct project reviews, identify lessons learned and implement process improvements
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Manage project virtual resources, including overseeing availability and allocating BAU and other team members to the project
  • Manage contractors and third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless integrations, including commercial needs, service/support models review and agreement.
  • Handle evaluations and RFPs, supplier onboarding and getting contracts in place

You will bring:

  • At least 5 years project management and delivery experience
  • Experience in breaking down complex technical topics into common language understandable by non-technical/ business-oriented audiences
  • Experience of delivering applications, infrastructure, systems and related integrations and automations.
  • Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of taking projects from building business cases through to delivery with minimum disruption to the business
  • Direct experience of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum Master and Prince2), tools, and techniques
  • Experience of managing a range of project types – IT application, data, business systems – including all aspects of the project
