About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver digital and operational changes to Newcastle Strategic Solutions clients. You will use project management skills and stakeholder management expertise to manage the delivery of our proposition and changes to products and services to our managed service clients.

As Project Manager, you will manage projects from initiation through to closure in line with time, cost and quality expectations. You will bring governance and drive the delivery of change across our internal business areas and client outsourcing service. You will be a key point of contact for clients during projects and will develop client relationships through project meetings and workshops.

About You

You will have a strong track-record of delivering digital and operational changes, ideally in the Financial Services sector/ client outsourcing service.

You will be expected to take ownership of all assigned projects, following selected methodologies and processes. You will have the ability to articulate project progress and issues to all stakeholders and manage issues as they arise. A sound knowledge of project management methodologies is necessary.

You will have great attention to detail, with excellent organisation and planning skills, whilst being able to present written information confidently in a structured and balanced way.

We are looking for a confident and capable communicator with the ability to engage effectively with internal and client stakeholders.

Whilst knowledge of financial services is desirable, we can upskill you on our systems and share with you our vast industry knowledge.

As part of our Client Delivery team you will play a key role in strengthening our client relationships, supporting their growth and helping them succeed in an exciting and dynamic marketplace.
