Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the role
Do you have a passion for leading projects that enable business growth, while maintaining organisational discipline? Do you get energy from fast-paced delivery, juggling priorities and are equally comfortable firefighting and managing through ambiguity? Are you willing to drive our business forward by taking ownership and accountability to achieve results through first-rate stakeholder management, taking the initiative and using our NCFE project management tools and approach? If so, NCFE is delighted to be looking for a Project Manager to support a dynamic and growing PMO team.
Some of your responsibilities as a Project Manager will include:
- Working closely with the management team to deliver business objectives.
- The successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of projects across our business by improving governance structures and reporting.
- Managing expectations regarding progress on delivery and risks by working closely with your multi-disciplined project team throughout the full project lifecycle. This role will be working primarily on our Portfolio of Operational Projects but may also be required to support our Projects within our Transformation Programme.
- Solid project management background and experience of using tools within a PMO environment.
- Budget management experience.
- Good analytical skills.
- Experience in collecting, analysing, and summarising data from disparate sources in order to drive conclusions and recommendations.
- Solutions focused approach and comfortable working in an environment that demands solid deliverables.
- A recognised project management qualification (or currently working towards) is essential.
This is a Hybrid/Remote role candidates must be flexible and able to travel to Head Office regularly for onsite meetings & workshops as required
