Senior Project Manager

Up to £350 per day INSIDE IR35 (paid via umbrella)

Hybrid work, London Based

Dates: July/August start 2023 on a rolling freelance contract.

Reports to: Head of Operations & Head of Brand

Department: Client & delivery: defining and designing client resources, ways of working & operational process aligned to annual scope, programme objectives and delivering the most creative outcomes driving scope and agency resource.

This is an incredible opportunity to work within the project management team at a consultancy in London. They provide information, analytics, research and academic research. You will be sitting within their in house creative studio so a background within marketing, communications and advertising is desired.

Core principles:

Integrated Project Management Lead - design, write and lead ways of working that ensure delivery of the teams strategic and creative objectives.

The Senior Project Manager designs, assists in negotiation of scope, tracks the staffing burn and project process to deliver to scope (retainer or project) with Resource Management.

Day to day:

• Leads the forecasting and timely resource planning/tracking with the Directors of Resource (and Resource Ops), Heads of Department, HoO and CFO
• Partner to Strategic, Creative and Production Leads to ensure integrated excellence in approach to problem design, programme design and delivery and all relevant casting decisions
• Partner to Client to consult on project operations and project ways of working that ensure delivery of all retained scope
• Partner to Business Lead, Creative Lead, Strategic Lead and Production Lead to manage workflow
• Work in partnership with Client and Business Lead to align on priority and cadence of projects
