Job description
As the Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex HEOR projects for our clients. Your strong leadership and organizational skills, and expertise will be crucial in driving project success and achieving desired outcomes. You will very quickly build strong working relationships with colleagues in all of our teams. Essentially, our project managers are the glue that hold our project teams together!
As part of the Project Management team, you will work with our different technical teams internationally to manage a variety of multi-team projects for a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality projects and ensuring smooth client communications.
This is a challenging role with fast-paced day-to-day responsibilities, which include:
- Project management: assist in planning, coordinating and executing HEOR projects; including planning of and adherence to timelines; awareness of budgets and project health
- Client collaboration: collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, establish clear objectives, and effectively communicate project progress and deliverables; maintain notes from meetings (key decisions and actions, including follow-up)
- Team coordination: coordinate with cross-functional teams, including health economists, statisticians, researchers and analysts, to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing
- Operational excellence: as a key member of the project management team, you may have line management responsibility as well as being tasked to share project management skills within and outside of the team, and identify the need for, and drive, process improvement
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of solid project management experience and a strong track record of seamless managing projects in a professional services environment, or previous job experience that provides the knowledge and skills to conduct the job or relevant combination of on-job experience, education and training
- Education: bachelor’s degree (preferably in health economics, public health, health sciences, or a related field, though not essential)
- Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Organizational skills: exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Software proficiency: proficiency in Microsoft Office® (particularly Outlook®, Word and Excel®), project management systems, and spreadsheet applications
- Team player: ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture
- Adaptability: willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
