Project Manager - Lloyds Banking Group
Halifax (hybrid working pattern, 2 days per week in office & rest from home)
Salary & Benefits: £52-58K, depending on experience.

As a Project Manager, you’ll
Focus on planning, managing finances, governance and delivering value. Understanding, embracing, and being able to select appropriate tools and methods to deliver change is key within this role.
There will be opportunities to establish relationships across the business, maximise opportunities for learning and improvement, as well as coaching others to achieve delivery excellence.
Our Project Managers work with Lab Product Owners and Programme Managers, leading teams to deliver effective solutions to customer problems. You’ll have the chance to get to the heart of business problems, managing and simplify complexity and working constructively with partners.
What we need from you
- Project Management experience in delivering large scale / complex projects (mortgages would be a big plus)
- Continuous Improvement mindset/ Growth Mindset
- An understanding of PM tooling (we use Microsoft Project Plans, JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience of delivering projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- The ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared goals

This role based in Halifax role and candidates should be comfortable coming into the office; the current expectation twice per week. This is to ensure maximum collaboration with the development team and the rest of the Lab.
