HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

Working within the Strategic Ledger Lab in the Finance Platform, our Project Managers are responsible for identifying value for the LBG Group Finance Ledger product and delivering our objectives and key results.
Through collaboration with key customers within Finance and other Business areas and Enabling Platforms, our Project Manager’s realise value by delivering our product roadmaps, understanding and prioritising opportunities to deliver key Business outcomes as well as assisting with simplifying the product, resolving product risks and reducing the total cost of ownership of the product.
Day to day you’ll be;
- Supporting change activities within the workstream, working in collaboration with the Lab Product Owners and project team. Delivering to agreed scope, cost, quality and timescales.
- Ensuring project objectives are met, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risk.
- Managing dependencies across the workstreams to ensure that work is delivered in line with overall Programme timescales.
- Implementing a detailed delivery approach for each stage of the project lifecycle, producing and owning project management deliverables, using relevant methodologies, to the right level of quality.
- Working with our customers across Finance to agree and realise project benefits, outcomes and key results.
- Identifying and engaging key project partners to regularly communicate updates and issues, and ensure partner sign off

What you’ll need
- Experience of FastPath delivery; proficient in the use of all core Change tools (CMT, Clarity and JIRA)
- Experience of engaging and working with our partners, such as Oracle, KPMG and/or other external software vendors to LBG
- A learning mindset, aiming to grow own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities
- An ability to adopt new ways of working and finding a way to incorporate agile practices
- Well-developed communication kit bag with extensive customer management experience
And any experience of these would be really useful
- You’re able to remain calm and lead teams effectively through constrained timescales and difficult initiatives
- You can influence partners of all levels and balance partner expectations, facilitating discussions across high risk and complexity or under constrained timescales.
- You’ll be skilled in Leading and minimising risks and you'll influence positively - demonstrating values and behaviours that align to our Group's, and encouraging this in team members.
