Digital PMO (Project Management Office) Officer
Salary: £31,786.00 to £39,609.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
This post is based at Link’s Edinburgh or Falkirk office. However, hybrid working is available with this role.
Alternative working patterns and/or working arrangements will be considered.

Link is looking for an enthusiastic professional who will oversee the Digital Transformation Team’s Project Management Office (PMO) and be key to ensuring Link’s portfolio of business change is successfully delivered and communicated across the Group.
The successful candidate will have prior knowledge of how a Project Management Office works, with a want to learn and implement techniques and processes to support its development and day to day operation. You will be educated to undergraduate or HND/HNC level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, and have demonstrable experience in providing support to projects that have used PRINCE2 or Agile project management methods. Further skills will include, scheduling, reporting, communications, auditing as well as being experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Project and its associated apps.

The role involves the preparation and maintenance of a variety of processes including performance dashboards, reports, risk management, capturing lessons learned and maintaining benefits registers as well as a wide range of admin and project support tasks for the Digital Transformation Team.
As the team leads the way in terms of innovation, sustainability and business change, the role will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of exciting projects. As a result, you may be required to undertake and assist in research, piloting, testing or training out new apps, processes, systems or techniques on behalf of the wider business. The role requires regular collaboration and the provision of support to a busy team including Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, and Business Analyst, liaising with key stakeholders and also with management and technical staff within Digital Services.
