Job Responsibilities
Implement and own a change assurance structure to ensure safe and effective delivery of our change portfolio.- Develop and maintain an overview of the wider book of work including a calendar covering regulatory engagements as well as key milestones and stage gates on change related activity.
- Maintain clear reporting, MI and communications to stakeholders on our progress on a monthly basis through leading preparation for Change Board and Risk Board
- Facilitate regular conversations on work prioritisation and embed an appropriate operating model for the definition of benefits.
- Support the Head of EMEA BSO on resourcing, forecasting and planning.
- Engage stakeholders and build strong relationships with the BSO leadership teams and stakeholders across partner teams including Product, Transformation, controls and regulatory teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Project management experience in developing and delivering project plans, governance models, and their execution
- Strong organisational capabilities and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to drive decision making
- Strong stakeholder management skills including influencing, storyboarding and relationship building.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or related studies
- Transformation and PMO experience
- KYC/AML or financial crime Knowledge and experience
- Experience of Project Planning tools, Intermediate/Expert Excel and excellent PowerPoint capability
