As a PMO Lead you will work directly with the Head of EMEA Risk & Transformation to ensure safe and effective delivery of our change activity and regulatory engagements. You will own and implement the governance structure to coordinate programme and project activities, advising senior colleagues on best practice across the End to End lifecycle from prioritisation through stage gates to implementation and benefit delivery. This role, will also involve forecasting, some strategic reporting and input to the change strategy.

Job Responsibilities


  • Implement and own a change assurance structure to ensure safe and effective delivery of our change portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain an overview of the wider book of work including a calendar covering regulatory engagements as well as key milestones and stage gates on change related activity.
  • Maintain clear reporting, MI and communications to stakeholders on our progress on a monthly basis through leading preparation for Change Board and Risk Board
  • Facilitate regular conversations on work prioritisation and embed an appropriate operating model for the definition of benefits.
  • Support the Head of EMEA BSO on resourcing, forecasting and planning.
  • Engage stakeholders and build strong relationships with the BSO leadership teams and stakeholders across partner teams including Product, Transformation, controls and regulatory teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Project management experience in developing and delivering project plans, governance models, and their execution
  • Strong organisational capabilities and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to drive decision making
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including influencing, storyboarding and relationship building.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or related studies
  • Transformation and PMO experience
  • KYC/AML or financial crime Knowledge and experience
  • Experience of Project Planning tools, Intermediate/Expert Excel and excellent PowerPoint capability
