Looking for a Junior Project Manager role where you will have ongoing L&D opportunities as well as a structured roadmap in terms of progression?
IntaPeople are delighted to be partnered with a fintech to scale up the project team dealing with existing Greenfields projects as they embark on a huge global acquisition.
Based in the heart of Cardiff, they are a thriving fintech creating asset management and equipment finance software for a range of multinational clients; their software is well proven all over Europe.

About you…
You’ll be an inquisitive Junior Project Manager with a passion for learning; they don’t have a list of must-haves, we want to hear from Junior Project Managers who can add real value.
As the team are working in a start-up environment, we’re looking for the kind of person who pitches in with the team and shares ideas in daily stand-ups.
They have a strong team culture so the ideal candidate will thrive in this environment and enjoy contributing within a collaborative environment. They often have socials, whether it’s after works drinks, games, axe throwing, golf, bowling or anything else that pops in in town.
The role..
This is the ideal role for a Junior project manager or Project coordinator with at least 6-12 months experience looking for the next step in their career who will be reporting directly to the Project manager.
You will need the Ability to record accurate risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, be efficient at project planning and GANNT charts. The key systems used for this role are Microsoft Excel, Jira and Confluence. This role will be working in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, Support multiple project Go-Lives per year, Work within project planning and software release cycles and Reinforce knowledge of key project components.
You will need to be able to Understand Software Release cycles, sprints, agile methodology and technical teams releasing product iterations and have experience delivering small/medium projects in previous roles.
