Project Manager - MOD Base Refurbishment
Plymouth
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing refurbishment projects on MOD bases, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and overseeing refurbishment projects on MOD bases
- Ensuring that all necessary site clearances are obtained
- Managing project budgets and schedules
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience managing refurbishment projects on MOD bases
- Knowledge of site clearance procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software
