Senior Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding

An amazing to join a highly successful construction company specialising in Roofing, Cladding, and Drylining.
Information on the role
- Comply with Business Management Systems and Quality Policy
- Directly manage site managers
- Setup and attend regular team meetings and annual appraisals
- Create and agree programmes
- Ensure progress reports are completed accurately, including photographic reports, and recording meetings
- Completing reports in excel in conjunction with the commercial team
- Undertake Health and Safety Audits monthly
- Liaise with the design department
What we’d like from you
- Proven Contract/Project Management Experience
- Construction related qualifications/degree or equivalent experience
- Experience Roofing & Cladding experience desirable
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting System desirable
- 10 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS
- Health and Safety knowledge & experience
- IT literate
- Clean driving licence
- Strong commercial skills
- First Aid Experience
