Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all system reviews and process audit for the Accounts Payable Department. In addition they will work to daily review all AP reporting that is crucial to the productivity of the AP department and escalate and track resolution. It is important this person acts as a liaison between Information Technology Department, Purchasing, Supply Chain and any Facilities of HHS and Accounts Payable for all AP System and productivity concerns. They will be required to establish and communicate to management in a weekly report all AP system functionality and any process issues and improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Education/ Work Experience:
Bachelor's or MBA degree (Preferred) in Accounting/Finance or related fields and a minimum of four plus years of experience in some of these areas: healthcare, accounting, finance and/or purchasing accounting and analysis. Adequate experience in PeopleSoft, Excel and other technical skills for reporting and analysis
Work Experience: Four (4) Years Work Experience in accounts payable or accounting experience
Management Experience: Two (2) years experience in Account Payable project experience
