Project Manager – Job Opportunity

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Telford

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large-scale business based in Telford. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within the assigned budget, timeline, and scope.

Project Manager Skills / Background -

• Prince2 Practitioner
• Background in cradle to grave project management
• Experience managing multiple projects at any one time
• Ability to establish and manage relationships with key business stakeholders
• Be able to work with clients and build relationships
• Experience in identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Knowledge of project governance and reporting frameworks

Project Manager Role Responsibilities -

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising colleagues from R&D, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Manage multiple initiatives and entire project lifecycles
• Control and monitor project finances to ensure efficient delivery, adhering to the business value case
• Drive project profitability and deliver results in line with company targets
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and manage change holistically
• In some instances, work in a client facing capacity, building and maintaining these relationships
• Assemble the project team, assign responsibilities, identify required resources, and develop schedules for timely project completion
