Our client is a privately owned family business.
They provide excellence in fit out, refurbishment, construction and maintenance within the commercial, compliance, refurbishment, health care, secure environments, residential and social housing sectors of the construction industry nationwide.
Duties & Responsibilities -
· Working with the projects team with a particular long length project and manging time efficiently
· Making sure the projects are running on time and to budget of the business
· Dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary
· Making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits.
· Ensure projects are led and fulfilled from order to full production
. Health & Safety management
. Daily site management
. Experience in Fit-out
. Ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental protection are consistently maintained and strive to out-perform standard practice at every opportunity.
. Ensuring that quality throughout project delivery is maintained and meets the business policy and exceeds client expectation.
. Leadership of the assigned project delivery team including site management and supervision staff

Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
