Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to fast track their career within the High-End Residential Market?
We have a fantastic opportunity to join an established, but ever-expanding developer. Their portfolio consists of high spec residential and hotel projects with a strong pipeline of work. They are one of the largest privately owned companies in the UK with a turnover of approx. £1billion a year.
The Job:
Utilising your 10 plus years' experience along with degree qualification you will be no.1 on site for this incredible mansion. The nature of the scheme will require a strong background in New Build High End Resi, Listed Building or Super prime refurbishment working with Tier 1 companies or private clients. An ambitious nature and a desire to ensure you are making use of resources in the most efficient way possible with a track record of five-star delivery. You will be overseeing all day-to-day duties on site and reporting into the Construction Director. The current project is £40million new Build super prime residence which is at the stage of being water-tight and you will be involved in taking this project from shell to handover.
The next project in question will see you be a part of the refurbishment of a renowned grade 11 listed five-star hotel on the outskirts of the city, being involved in a landmark project that will be recognised nationally in years to come.
On offer is a highly competitive salary of £100,000 to £120,000 depending on experience along with pension contributions, health insurance and car allowance. You will be joining a team with an exciting pipeline of work moving into the next few years and work with people who are passionate about delivering projects of an exceptional standard, learning from like minded individuals. A structured training programme and route to progress are delivered from day one and it is a chance to grow within a company expanded heavily over the next 24 months
