Job description

Required:

• This person could be the same Claims person we recruited in the past, but with a focus on the Encounters piece of a Medicaid Claim
• Must have Medicaid, ACA and MMIS experience
• 5 years minimum experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience as a project in a government setting

Duties/Responsibilities include:

• Create or maintain project tracking documentation to ensure adequate proactive planning for IT-related procurement and purchasing projects
• Evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies; determine, build and manage stakeholder influence and relationship needs.
• Develop business analysis work plans to manage activities, tasks, deliverables and schedules; author communication plans to meet project and stakeholder needs and report business analysis measurements.
• Elicit, define, analyze, research and document business requirements of complex systems; research enterprise solutions for complex business requirements.
• Make recommendations on automation solutions through written proposals and/or presentations.
• Lead validation and user acceptance of requirements and business processes.
• Provide business and technical analysis for complex systems/applications.
• Plan and design end user security procedures for systems/applications.
• Provide on-call support of high priority systems/applications; responsible for analytical maintenance and support of complex systems.
• Participate in budget process with respect to IT initiatives and items.
• Provide technical assistance, mentoring, work direction of other Information Technology staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: Up to $154,505.12 per year
