JOB TITLE: Project Manager (Decarbonisation)
LOCATION: Horncastle / Boston / Spalding / Agile Working
SALARY: £39,493 - £44,539 per annum
The Climate Change and Environment Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of decarbonisation schemes across the Council's assets portfolio. The successful candidate will ideally be a member of RICS or related professional body with a technical services background and proven track record of delivering property/construction schemes, in particular building retrofit for decarbonisation.
This will be a varied role which works closely with the Council's Property Services Team to take programmes of work through from feasibility through to design and practical delivery. This will include the Council's portfolio of leisure assets which is anticipated to require a multi-million programme of retrofit works, building on feasibility studies already undertaken.
The role offers agile working, we welcome applications from those living outside South and East Lincolnshire. The position will require some travel across the sub-region as part of site visits with expenses reimbursed. What we need from you:
- Degree/HND equivalent qualification in building maintenance, construction or surveying
- Significant experience in Contract Administration and supply chain management
- Proven track record in managing technical services/facilities management
- Full member of RICS or related professional body
