This role is part of our Personalised Creative team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more!
JOB PURPOSE:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a wide variety of campaigns across our eBay Global account. You will project-manage the production process end-to-end and assist in leading the team with your global counterparts.
You will represent DEPT® to our clients, adding value to relationships beyond organisational skills doing a mixture of project management and executional planning, not your typical suit.
This is a 3-6 month fixed-term project to start immediately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively collaborated with teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
- Manage creative management from start-to-finish, ensuring successful delivery to deadlines across multiple campaigns
- Liaise with clients and manage expectations
- Communicate feedback to designers, copywriters and developers & plan and manage workloads of the team
- Ensure feedback requirements are met whilst protecting eBay's values/brand
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams and to have oversight of all statements of work/proposals
- Report back to management with any issues and events that might impact projects, either positively or negatively
- Maintain a strategic overview of assigned accounts – running regular internal client-facing reviews. Prove how we are meeting our clients' objectives through metrics, feedback, research, etc.
- Match project tasks with opportunities for development so that employee potential is utilised to the maximum
SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrable agency/creative team experience in Client Services/Project Management, preferably in a Account Manager (or similar) role
- Graduated in marketing or similar field with experience within a marketing function
- Experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications including digital and direct
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, keeping relevant stakeholders informed
- Extremely organised, with an ability to work quickly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
- Deep understanding of production & interactive processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency
- Demonstrate flexibility and agile way of working as marketing plans and priorities evolve
- Commercially driven with experience handling timelines
- Working knowledge of MacOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
- Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues
- Self-starter with plenty of initiative and drive - approaching projects with creativity and innovation
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills, with the ability to build internal relationships quickly and be seen as a safe pair of hands
