The Communications and Marketing Project Manager is responsible for creating project plans aligned with the strategies that support company goals and tracking all tasks to ensure projects and routine deliverables are completed accurately, within brand guidelines and on time.

Primary Responsibilities
- Join Strategy Meetings to Understand the Project Scope and Timing Expectations. Document Important Notes, Action Items and Next Steps
- Develop High-Level and Detailed Project Timelines Using Our Established Project Management Software, Clickup
- Effectively Manage Project Resources, Including Subject Matter Experts (SME), Writers, Graphic Designers, Third-Party Vendors, Etc.
- Manage Multiple Projects and Campaigns Simultaneously, With Varying Levels of Complexity and Track Overall Project Status Daily
- Ensure the Annual Communications Calendar Is Updated. Convert Deliverables/Campaigns to Projects to Meet Final Distribution Dates
- Monitor Individual Team Member Tasks and Record Daily Progress of Work Against Established Timelines
- Maintain Continuous Contact with All Project Stakeholders, Providing Updates, Including Status, Risks, Timeline Concerns and Other Information as Requested
- Track Project Financials, Document Vendor Invoices Accurately and Submit for Payment Timely
- Vendor Management, Including Rfqs, Invoice Accuracy and Evaluating Performance in Completing Tasks Promptly and with the Utmost Quality to Ensure Client Satisfaction
- Dedicate Extra Hours That Are Required to Complete Tasks When Project Demands Are High, Especially During Our Busy Season
- Other Duties as Assigned
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a Related Field
- Project Management Certification Desired
- At Least Five Years of Project Management Experience, Preferably in a Creative or Employee Communications Department
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with Tight Deadlines and Pressure While Consistently Delivering Quality Results
- Strong Project Management and Organizational Skills to Effectively Manage Multiple Concurrent Projects from Inception to Completion
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Impeccable Attention to Detail and Critical Thinking Skills
- Strong Teamwork and Work Ethic with a Positive Attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Project Management Software (Clickup and Zoho Preferred), Email Marketing Tools (Constant Contact and HubSpot) and Content Management Systems (Squarespace and Wordpress Preferred)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
