PMO Support Analyst – Change, Transformation, Finance Management, Stakeholder Management, Technology
My client, a Global Market Research firm, are seeking for a PMO Support Analyst to join their wider technology team on an initial 6 month contract based out of their London office. You will be supporting the Portfolio Leads on their journey to deliver VMO services and capabilities for improvement in project delivery.
You will be responsible for the delivery execution of RAID logs, reporting, planning and financial management across the wider delivery team, ensuring project reporting is conducted in time for senior stakeholder meetings. Supporting the portfolio leads on portfolio forecasting, resource capacities and the set up of PMO centre of excellence for continuous improvement.
Key skills:
- Strong background as a PMO in either a Value Management Office or Project Management Office for a large scale organisation.
- Excellent knowledge in variety of delivery methodologies, including SAFe, Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to work in a large scale environment with a lot of moving parts.
- Excellence verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identity, manage and report risks and impediments
