Project Manager EMEA - FTC

The Role
We are looking for an exceptional FTC Project Manager to join the expanding EMEA team, the fastest growing region at CT. You will be critical to the organisation and landing of all new product launches, store openings and strategic projects. Involving cross functional teams (from commercial, marketing, finance, legal, people, supply chain and tech, to Global creative and retail teams on the ground). You will help plan, monitor, and deliver a variety of projects, always keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project cycle. The EMEA Project Manager will work closely with the UK Project Manager to establish best in class ways of working and be responsible for the creation of tool kits to support process at Charlotte Tilbury for the regional and global teams.

You will have exemplarily organisation skills and proven experience managing complex, cross functional projects, and a passion for working in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading all stages of project management, from scoping through to execution. Identifying timelines, dependencies, and management of the CPA
- Lead regular project updates with cross functional team and regularly updating stakeholders on progress.
- Serving as a point of contact and ‘go to’ regional expert across the business.
- Support and advise regional GM & Commercial Director on future planning and regional priorities.
- Creating, monitoring and continuous improvement of regional and global processes
- Identifying risks and opportunities within day-to-day ways of working
- Holistic overview and management of product campaigns, promotions, store roll outs (including location scoping, lease management through to design and launch), budgeting cycles and ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Proven experience within a Project Manager role (experience using PM tools essential e.g. Asana, Monday.com, MS Projects, Trello)
- Understanding of the Retail environment, experience launching new stores preferred
- Organisation: The EMEA Project Manager needs to be acutely detailed orientated, able to create a plan to achieve the vision, using appropriate tools to support themselves and the project team to deliver.
- Expert Communicator: You will need to be able to clearly articulate your ideas, as well as receive feedback from your team and stakeholders.
- Thinking ahead: Spotting risk before they happen, and head them off before they compromise deadlines, budgets, or deliverables.
- People centric: You need to LOVE PEOPLE, working with a variety of functions throughout the global business. You should be empathic, able to listen and understand the concerns of all team members and support them in finding resolutions rapidly where appropriate.
- Able to create an open and collaborative environment to work in, be flexible, adaptable and have a willingness to learn
- Able to navigate and negotiate around obstacles, does not shy away from difficult conversations
- Hands on practical approach, willing to get ‘stuck in’ when necessary.
