Capital-Markets-Advisors (CMA) is a boutique staffing and consultancy firm. Our client, a global Fintech leader & Financial Market Company with a collaborative, challenging, and rewarding environment, has a remote consulting (contract) Implementation Engineer position using an Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• The mission for candidate to manage and deliver high-performance and sustainable solutions for business, functional, and technical client requirements for electronic trading with multiple stakeholders in an agile team.
• Assist team members in estimating and sizing work;
• Manage Configuration, integration, customization, and testing of product workflows to fulfill business requirements;
• Spearhead demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders;

Skills/Requirements

• Experiences in the finance industry
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or equivalent;
• Experience managing a client-facing technical support role or an implementation/delivery role;
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and oral English;
• Autonomy, organization, and a strong sense of accountability;
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

•

Technical

• Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects

• General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects

• Understanding of core infrastructure

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications required

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience

• Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

• C++ or Java programming experience is advantageous;

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Agile Software Development: 3 years (Required)
• managing projects; multiple clients/vendors and integrations: 3 years (Required)
• Developing for financial services/ brokerage industry: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Office suite: 3 years (Required)
• JIRA, SDLC, SharePoint: 3 years (Preferred)
• FIX protocol: 3 years (Preferred)
• Git: 3 years (Preferred)
