The role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Agile Digital Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Agile framework and digital project management tools, like Jira, and be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. You will liaise with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
Key responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
Efficiently identify and solve project issues.
Coach team members in Agile frameworks and facilitate effective Agile ceremonies.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
Use tools like Jira to track work progress, manage backlog, and generate project reports.
Demonstrate leadership abilities to our clients with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes as per project plans.
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in Agile Project Management for SaaS products.
Proficient in Jira or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable:
Certification in Agile Project Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, etc.
Experience with other SaaS products.
Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform and align the organization's projects with its business strategy.
