Job description
Responsibilities:
o Manage marketing projects, including but not limited to defining project goals, creating project timelines, scheduling meetings and tracking the projects' progress to ensure accountability and timely completion of deliverables and to best possible quality standards.
o Drive multiple Product programs/projects' implementation through full lifecycle, from development through go-to-market.
o Plan and manage marketing calendar, maintain process and documentation for request and tracking
o Consistently and comprehensively communicate with project stakeholders to ensure the information synchronization and shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables.
o Analyze the projects and deliver result analysis, summarize issues and create solutions for further optimization
o Collaborates cross-functionally with a decentralized team to define program scope and goals, and forecast completion date.
o Drive progress and communicate program status to all stakeholders.
o Proactively lead change, identify potential risks, and build contingency plans.
o Coordinate across teams often using varied project management techniques.
o Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
o Manage special projects as needed.
Requirements:
o A minimum of 2 years' of relevant experience in project management;
o The candidate must have business proficiency both in English and Mandarin and skilled at English writing.
o Good command of project management tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, Jira etc.
o Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage and interact with a diverse workforce; strong organization and problem solving skills.
o Result oriented, hardworking and value teamwork.
● Ability to supervise and mentor junior developers on the team
● Experience creating React-based UIs.
● Bonus for degrees in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
