Project Manager

Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We’re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances

• Working with stakeholders across impacted businesses to support the delivery of transition activities
- Creating an effective Operational Design and participate the in the design process for such that is focused on customer outcomes first, explaining operational impacts and the operating model
- Combining experience of process, technology and regulation to act as a source of best practice guidance and expertise, helping to make decisions and solve problems
- Building great relationships with a network of key stakeholders that helps to align on shared objectives, acting as an advocate for change
- You will be adaptable and open to feedback; this may mean revising objectives or changing course for the right reasons
- Taking ownership of content and challenging to seek improvements where possible to drive the best possible outcomes
• Ability to effectively communicate with, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, taking account of their levels of influence and interest
- Able to identify, define, evaluate, plan, track and realize the outcomes and benefits of change initiatives, this includes undertaking a realistic assessment of what is achievable by when
- Able to identify and monitor risks and issues, to plan and implement appropriate responses for mitigation or resolution, including escalations
• Experience of delivering medium complexity change
- Large scale project management and governance experience
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Experience with Prime Services or Cleared products
