Job Title: Project manager
Job location: London, UK
Job Type: 6+ month contract
Rate: 400 GBP/day inside IR35
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure the project is delivered on-time, within budget and benefits realised Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage dependencies impacting the project (internal / external to the group).
- Manage a detailed project plan / Jira / Agile set up and structure to monitor and track progress and reporting.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed (reports into UK based Programme Manager).
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives (manage the budget) and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Contact for the central PMO / other reach outs.
- Experience with End User project delivery Previous engagement with functions such as engineering, networks, operations, architecture, migrations etc.
- Experience (good knowledge) with on-prem to cloud migrations (Azure a preference).
- Can work Hybrid Waterfall (project plans) Agile (Jira) the ability to move to a large scale Agile set up.
- Proven working experience in project management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification / Agile / Scrum.
(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
(2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management.
(3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
(4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
(5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
(6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
