Location: Central Support - Hemel Hempstead
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000

Playing an active part in the future of Away Resorts whilst leading and delivering a wide variety of cross-functional project work. In this exciting role, you will work with key stakeholder at all levels of the business on both immediate and long-term project work.

What you’ll be doing
Taking ownership over the development of our project methodology whilst reporting to the executive team on agreed project KPIs, milestones, risks and expected ROIs.
Key responsibilities:
- Create project plans whilst establishing tracking metrics including the development of a project reporting dashboards to cover agreed KPIs including status updates, benefits, financial reporting, risks / issues and mitigations, and resource capacity.
- Implementing, monitoring, and delivering wide projects, establishing key project stakeholders and supervising project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Actively identify and initiate project work whilst briefing initial requirements to key stakeholder.
- Identify resource requirements and define project roles and responsibilities.
- Taking accountability for the completion and sign off of project work, ensuring that the work is delivered and embedded within the business.
- Ensuring that all project work is delivered in line with agreed budget whilst actively looking for cost saving opportunities.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

- Experience of managing multiple cross-functional projects
- Managing complex business / commercial issues while maintaining focus on the 'big picture'
- Strong relationship management experience, evidence of building, establishing, and maintaining all stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail
