Electrical Project Manager
Avolon M&E are looking for a Electrical Project in Oxford. You will be working for hugely successful M&E contractor based out of their Oxford Branch.
Projects tend to range £4m - £20m
Salary: £60-70k+ package - DOE
Job role and responsibilities:
- Securing and quoting contracts
- Point of contact for the bid providers, site managers, and building contractors throughout the duration of the project
- Planning and estimating workload as well as providing quotes and timescales
- Managing workforce and labour
- Providing weekly reports for meetings with Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Main Contractors
- Ensuring project is progressing in a timely manner and working towards the given deadlines
Experience and requirements:
- 7 years' minimum previous experience as a Project Manager
- Strong Electrical Background
- Ideally worked with tier 1 contractors
- Strong Commercial Project Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
