Responsibilities:
Immediate: project management of workshop development and delivery
- Effectively manage client teams, ensuring timeline adherence, status meetings and effective communication.
- Support content development for prereads and workshop decks, ensuring accurate and impactful content.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships through regular interactions
- Collaborate within a small, dynamic team to drive project success and innovation.
- Act as a client-facing representative alongside Senior Consultants, ensuring client satisfaction and project delivery.
Longer Term: Additional project work and internal activities
- Engage in long-term internal projects, contributing to the overall development and growth of the company (e.g. website development).
- Contribute to business development efforts and marketing initiatives.
- Play a role in shaping the strategic direction of the company.
Skills:
- Understanding of insight and strategy development processes in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
- Workshop experience and the ability to drive workshop development processes.
- Strong presentation skills, particularly using PowerPoint, to convey strategic insights and recommendations.
Experience:
- Post graduate experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences, ideally 2+ years.
- Background in consulting or agency work, with a proven track record of successful project / account management.
- Experience in client relationship management and engagement.
- Familiarity with oncology and specific experience in breast or prostate cancer is a plus.

Contract Details:
- This role is a fixed-term contract for 6 months with potential for longer-term engagement.
- Full-time position with 4/5 days per week commitment.
- Salary range of £50 per hour or £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (pro-rata) based on experience and commitment.
