Our client is a fast-growing health tech company, providing digital health consultancy and solutions, using our cloud-based patient management platform. They aim to lead the global digital transformation of healthcare with clinically designed and focused digital solutions, providing services that improve the care that our clients can provide their patients. Their systems are currently used in over 110 hospitals and minor injury units in the UK and Ireland, covering a wide range of clinical specialties. They are looking for a highly-motivated and proactive Innovation Project Manager to join the Research and Development team, working on evidence gathering, as well as implementation for our grant funded projects. The role involves taking a leadership role in large national health technology implementation projects including full project oversight, end-to-end project management activities including project planning, monitoring and reporting .

Job Role:
- Lead project execution with ultimate accountability for project initiation, planning, execution and control (cost, time, quality and risk)
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams and keep team members accountable to deliver
- Single point of contact for all operational aspects of the programme Understand client needs and commit to project scope and timelines, securing agreement to the plan from the project team and the client
- Effective internal and external communication of project status and risks, ensuring stakeholders accountability and awareness
- Monitor project progress and take proactive steps to resolve issues, ensuring timely escalation of critical project issues, presenting resolution options to ensure the project timelines are maintained
- Ability to engage and interact with stakeholders, keeping the project on track and developing long term relationships You should also demonstrate the ability to manage multiplepriorities, strong time management skills, attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to interact with clinical and operational stakeholders as well as academic funding bodies
Participate in the Information Governance Training to ensure compliance with IG requirements. What we are looking for: Skills and Behaviours

- Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in; our ideal candidate is someone who is happy in both academic planning and analysis, and the practicalities around on site implementation and building relationships with key stakeholders Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- A relevant degree in a scientific or technical discipline A post-doctoral qualification in clinical discipline is desirable
- An excellent understanding of UK healthcare sector is required, with a working knowledge of the NHS being advantageous
- Demonstrable project management experience is essential with project management qualifications being desired
- Reporting to academic funding bodies
- Registering and managing clinical trials experience would be highly beneficial
- Experience of managing patient and public involvement and engagement initiatives Experience in Google Docs Suite software including email, word processing, spreadsheet, and slides, and project/task management software eg. ClickUp
Must be flexible and adaptable to working hours
- Driving licence or access to own car is desirable
