HSE PROJECT ASSISTANT - LONDON - PERMANENT - £25,000 TO £43,500
Arm are currently working with a company that helps clients plan, design and enable major capital projects, and provides expert consultancy that covers the full project lifecycle across multiple divisions. They are currently seeking for HSE Project Assistant to join their team in London.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience working as a QSSE administrator or assistant, or for someone who has recently obtained a NEBOSH/IOSH certificate and is seeking experience in working with QHSE management systems.
- You will need an understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS145001 or experience working in an engineering or construction environment would be highly desirable.
- To qualify for this role, you must have prior experience in a similar position and possess knowledge of QHSE management systems, document control, and the basics of health and safety management.
- You will need to be adaptable to change in a complex technical environment and work well under pressure when deadlines need to be met.
You will be working on the Signalling & Telecoms division working alongside the Project QSSE Manager- responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Approved Vendors List.
- Administrate the company's health and safety statistics and records and Maintain the QHSE Calendar.
- Complete COSHH assessments.
- Assisting the QSSE Manager and Supervisor with administrating and developing the Quality and Health and Safety Management Systems as required.
The offices are located in London.
The role is 5 days a week (40 hours) and will involve occasional night work depending on the contract workload and project requirements.
