Main Duties (not limited to):

• Production of design drawings for Residential and, from time to time, commercial automatic sprinkler installations, and associated procurement.
• Production of design hydraulic calculations for residential projects.
• Project Management of the entire project and supervision of engineers & projects within the assigned labour team.
• Attending site and undertaking audits and inspections of onsite works and ensuring completion of works as per the design standards produced.
• Assisting and advising site engineers where required with all audits and general site issues
• Attend contract handover meetings with the Sales Team members.
• Identify, update & communicate design issues, i.e. drawing standards, non-conforming issues etc., to the line manager.
• Check design quantities against tender quantities and raise any anomalies with Commercial and Estimating.

Necessary Skills:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail and ability to apply analytical thinking in problem-solving.
• Experience working within a customer-facing role, and able to build strong customer relationships.
• Able to work under pressure and to a high standard.
• Excellent communication/customer-facing skills.
• Disciplined and organised.
• Able to work on own initiative, unsupervised, but also contribute to an effective team.
• Full driving licence (min 12 months driving experience).
