What the job does:
The Creative Services Coordinator will become the gatekeeper to the Creative Services Team. Managing the flow of communication into the creative services function, working with the Senior Creative Services Managers to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the team.
To achieve this, the Creative Services Coordinator will need to capture all briefs as they come in, collate & own presenting back to the Snr Creative Services Managers in order to facilitate the allocation and scheduling of briefs.
Communicating risks to delivery as briefs arrive, based on overlapping timelines/delivery requirements. As well as supporting the Snr Creative Services Managers by owning centralised project tracking documents, to ensure the business is kept up to date in real time.
The Creative Services Coordinator will also be responsible for setting up & tracking freelancers and other project financials, providing regular updates to the SCSM. Where required, the Creative Services Coordinator will support the Snr Creative Services Manager in aspects of creative delivery - from TV ads, OOH, in store and PR, to social content, emails, and the CT.com website assets.
You will be part of a growing creative team responsible for every piece of creative content delivered by the brand on a global level. You will thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced environment, and you will be able to use your previous experience as a project manager either in house or at an advertising agency to great effect.
This crucial role will help to manage the workflow of requests from a variety of teams within the business - including global & local marketing, PR, social, VM and digital. You will be expected to take briefs from these teams and coordinate with the Snr Creative Services Managers to ensure all requests are dealt with on time and to CT standard. We need you to be super organised and a brilliant co-ordinator & communicator who can deliver multiple diverse projects. You will support the Director of Creative Services and Snr Creative Services Manager in tracking and delivering all assets in a timely manner
Role Accountabilities:
- Support and drive project schedules with multiple deadlines
- Manage the tracking of spend on freelancers in the agency
- Manage and coordinate all asset requests through a delivery inbox
- Identify and communicate project risks
- Be able to track deliveries weekly
Requirements
Reporting to Senior Project Manager, the Creative services co-ordinator should have;
- Experience in Project management and administration,
- Understanding of development, creation, approval and delivery of assets, ranging from TVC, print, online and social campaigns
- Some knowledge of production, retouching, and video editing helpful (not essential)
- Experience of managing project workflow through a studio
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience of handling multiple projects and requests simultaneously
- Experience of using project management such as Trello and Asana
