Role Description
We are looking for someone to join our team as Project Engineer. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to budget, working closely with all members of the engineering team. It will include working with customers to ensure expectations are met and leading the delivery process internally.
We are looking for someone with a keen and genuine interest in the maritime sector and decarbonisation. You must have a passion to develop highly reliable products, great attention to detail, and enthusiasm.
Required Skills and Experience
- Engineering background
- Project management, including multiple, complex projects running simultaneously
- People management to ensure smooth running of projects and ability to work collaboratively
- Customer facing experience

More details
Salary Range: £40-55k, depending on experience
Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week
Location: This role will be based in Farnborough with some flexibility for hybrid working occasionally
Reporting: This role will report to the Head of Engineering
