Job Summary:
The Project Delivery Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for the deployment of physical security solutions and connected devices within an exacting blue-chip technology environment. This role oversees all aspects of project delivery services including business deliverables, scope, processes, timelines, costs, validations, and post debriefings and requires an unwavering level of focus, quality, and timely completion of projects to the highest standards. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within United Kingdom or Ireland with occasional regional travel.
Essential Functions:
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Provide project delivery services for all projects including compliance with all corporate business requirements, standards, processes, cost and quality is maintained throughout.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers/reporting tools.
- Mitigate associated risks and develop, with the appointed installation provider, a coordinated project schedule/plan.
- Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the scope of the project, the deliverables, interdependencies, timelines, and costs;
- Attend and lead all assigned EMEA project related calls/meetings, as required.
- Verify on behalf of the client, valuations submitted by the appointed installation provider, are in accordance with services delivered and contract value prior to invoicing.
- Capture all snagging items, which have failed validation;
- Communicate the corrective actions with timelines and manage the successful revalidation of these devices through to completion.
- Conduct post project debriefs with the Group Manager, capture lessons learnt, assess overall performance of the appointed installation provider and present recommendations for consideration.
- Following successful validation, coordinate the turnover of the system to the Operations Centre for signal acceptance and monitoring.
- All other duties assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Five years of experience as a Project Manager within a buildings services related discipline as well as IT proficiency is required. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

- Electronic security industry and or installations, preferred.

- Serve as an effective team leader.
- AutoCAD LT experience for creation and manipulation of 2D security layout designs, preferred.
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office including Project.
