Job description
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with fantastic organisational skills and a "can do" attitude to support the Programme Management Office (PMO) in providing project and programme support. This will include coordinating activities and organising resource in the team. You will take an active role in the oversight of quality assurance and assisting with the delivery of all projects / programmes, using our chosen project management solution (PM3) as the tool to achieve this.
Governance is a key part of the PMO's role - ensuring we have all documentation and evidence required across all projects & programmes to provide assurance. You will also play a key role in monitoring progress of programmes and projects across the Trust, escalating any areas of concern to the Information Managers in the PMO, ensuring we are highlighting priorities that need further attention.
