We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract here at Resulting IT.
This is a hybrid role requiring both onsite in Warrington 3 days per week and remote working.

The Role
The PMO Team is often the glue that holds together the stakeholders, business and systems integrator on a SAP Project or Programme. Resulting has a focus on providing PMO services to our customers, sitting business side to hold the project team to account to deliver.
The PMO Coordinator is an integral part of the PMO team, supporting the Project Managers in implementing Programme Office Principles.
A bit about you
- We're looking for a Project Coordinator who has experience of technology implementation - in both ERP and bespoke developed applications.
- You're likely to have cut your teeth in a large consulting firm or a large corporation where you've been in the thick of a large IT implementation project.
- You'll have experience of project management, delivery management, planning, and tracking
- You'll be comfortable with data analysis, exceptional with Excel and inputting to reporting metrics
- You'll be diligent in tracking and recording RAAIDD items, actions, decisions and lessons learnt
- You'll have the ability to challenge project stakeholders and to hold them to account to deliverables and actions
- You'll be stringent in tracking of finances and resources, with commercial awareness of the IT or SAP industry
- You'll be able to support the PMO Lead in definition and implementation of PMO disciplines, including standards and methodology across the project life cycle providing best practice knowledge
- You'll be confident in coordinating the inputs, agenda and outputs of key project governance meetings
- You'll act as a key point of contact for programme management queries
- You'll take ownership of the administration and reporting activities as part of status updates within the project and to key stakeholders
Your duties will include:
- Onboarding and off-boarding staff (including Consultant Contracts, IR35 activities, 1st day arrangements and coordination with resourcing and project team for onboarding)
- Creating weekly and monthly reports
- Facilitating weekly team meetings
- Managing Statements of Work and Change Orders - including follow up actions
- Managing timesheet reporting across client delivery teams
- Providing financial support to Programme Managers - cost and expense
- 1st point of contact for any invoice escalations, including management of aged invoices through to payment

This is a 12 month maternity cover fixed term contract
