The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) is a globally influential institute within the University of Cambridge working on a mission to develop leadership and solutions towards a sustainable economy. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Commercial Reach & Influence team to maximise the reach of CISL's knowledge internationally to drive positive change and sustainable futures for organisations and society. We are looking for someone excited to work on innovative strategies and projects with influential partners and organisations to continue growing our work and impact.
The role As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting new strategies, products and projects involving digital technology partners, international business leaders and senior functional staff. -Previous experience in an administrative role -Experience of event management, logistics or project coordination -Experience of supporting the financial aspects of projects and financial procedures. -Experience developing high levels of trust and credibility in relationships with internal and external stakeholders from varying backgrounds. -Experience working with Client Relationship Management systems. (desirable) -Experience in a customer service, client facing environment. (desirable) -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong competence in the use of Microsoft packages, and familiarity with digital education platforms such as Moodle, and/or online delivery platforms (Zoom, MS Teams etc) -Excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail. -Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment -Educated to at least A Level or NVQ level 3 or equivalent standard or level of relevant practical experience.
