As a Customer Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless delivery of technical, commercial, and legal requirements for our esteemed clients. Your role will be instrumental in coordinating aftermarket services for surface equipment. You will play a vital role in the financial aspects of the process, working closely with the TLM (Total Lifecycle Management) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) teams, starting from initial inquiry to the final on-site location stages.

Minimum Job Qualifications
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing repair times and other relevant metrics for discussion with customers during weekly meetings.
- Monitor project progress and delivery timelines using our SAP system and address any potential delays proactively.

Preferred Qualifications
Requirements:
A strong background in project coordination or customer service within the oil and gas industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and collaboration with internal teams.
- Proficiency in using SAP or other relevant project management software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset to assess data, identify trends, and implement improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
