The Role
Sinclair is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for their Chester office. The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key, complex projects in accordance with agreed deliverables, timings, and budgets.
The Project Coordinator will be required to plan, lead, and manage multiskilled global project teams to deliver integrated, sustainable, and effective solutions which meets the requirements defined within the Project Brief and Benefits Plan
Hours of work: 37 hours Monday to Friday
Location: Chester Business Park, Chester, CH4 9QT

The Role
· Coordinate global projects and ensure project initiation, project milestones and project meetings are held with the correct key stakeholders at appropriate times across the lifecycle of the project
· Create detailed work plans and milestones for assigned projects which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete each project
· Determine the resources required to complete the project and resolve any resource conflicts
· Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Your Skills & Experience – Do You Have What it Takes?
Essential:
· Project Management certification from a recognised certified body
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft 365 suite and MS Project
· Experience on working within a regulated industry
· Strong planning and organisational skills
· Experience of working in diverse cultures

· Stakeholder management: Identify stakeholders, analysis their expectations and influences and develop appropriate strategies to work with them in key project decisions and activities
· Prioritisation: Focus on managing the project portfolio to ensure that projects are successfully achieving value-added deliverables using the Project Management Governance and Framework
· Organisation skills: Conduct detailed analysis during the project to communicate risks, priorities, and activities to avoid issues and meet necessary timelines
