Signature Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity to work with our client, a renowned London university. This is a full-time role, on a temporary contract with the benefit of hybrid working!
The Project Coordinator will provide vital administrative assistance to ensure the delivery of key activities for the project. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be a confident team player and have strong experience working with Microsoft Office. The Project Coordinator will assist in the delivery of key activities for the project. Further duties for this role will include coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, maintaining archives and SharePoint folders, and providing other technological assistance for the delivery of the project. Therefore, your excellent communication skills, keen eye for detail and experience working within a university setting will allow you to thrive within this role. If you've got previous experience working with SharePoint and can hit the ground running, then this could be the role for you!
Project Coordinator Main Duties:
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth delivery of key activities for the project
- Coordinating meetings
- Making travel arrangements
- Maintaining archives and shared folders
- Develop and maintain contacts database
- Process financial paperwork for the project
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
